Based in Portslade, Brighton, PABLAB I.T. SERVICES are Computer Technical Support Technicians who were formed in 2006. Technically qualified to MCP/MCDST and Comptia A+, Pablab can offer not only technical support with over 30 years in the IT industry, but also I.T.Training from MS WORD to MS VISIO to VB Macros.
Phil Burton the founder member of Pablab Services trained as a mainframe computer operator back in the 1970’s and went on to specialise as a mainframe systems programmer installing and repairing software systems and developing tools to make computer operations run smoothly.
With the advent of Personal Computer systems Phil became proficient in the operation and use of the early GUI’s (General user Interfaces) such as OS/2 and Windows 3.1. and learned how to interface this new technology with the existing architecture of the time such as IBM mainframes and IBM System/36 midrange computers.
Phil spent from 1996 until the latter part of 2006 working as a consultant and trainer with a Sussex based consultancy and eventually developed Pablab services along with a reasonable customer base.
Phil obtained Microsoft’s MCDST qualification in 2006 and is very much a Windows/XP specialist as well as a trainer of various Microsoft products, along with HTML and basic Computer instruction.
Phil spends a fair bit of his time these days creating websites for many of his small business customers using the now very powerful MS Frontpage and is also developing skills in V
