Being completely computer iliterate myself, I had a house visit by one of their engineers, Paul Ponting. Explained and resolved my comp problems. Second occasion my security system was very inefficient.I am disabled, Danoli Computer service centre came and collected my computer as it could not be worked on in my home, delivered it back the next morning.Explained how the problems had occured, in language i could understand. This company an excellent and genuine service.

I have used Danoli Solutions several times and recommend them to friends and neighbours. They always have the best interest of the customer at heart. Their charges are reasonable, the standard of their work is very high, they don't try to sell you things you don't need....if you do need it they assess the scale of the need to match you up with the right specification so again you are not paying for extras that you won't use. They are prompt to reply to a call for help (and as I am not an expert in computers) they explain everything at a level I can understand. They have always provided an honest, courteous and professional service .

Everything works faster however as before every now and again Windows internet explorer fails to respond.This can be easily overcome by reloading it.I don'think it is worth dragging it back.

The computer has behaved perfectly since I got it back. Just 2 minor quibbles: I would have liked a phone call to say the computer was ready and one or two display settings had been changed but apart from that I was very happy with the service provided.
