When I approached Phil about designing a new website for Telford's Warehouse I was initially apprehensive as I knew very little about web design except that it looked incredibly complicated.
However, after the 1st meeting I was a lot more comfortable, due to Phil's patience in explaining and guiding me through the process of building a website.
Phil was readily available throughout the project to discuss anything I or my colleagues thought of, and his ability to explain to a group of laypeople why certain ideas would not be possible and what the alternatives were, proved to be invaluable.
As the construction of the site evolved, more and more of the structure was down to Phil's expertise, leading to an end product that divulged all of the information we required in a format that looked good without being fussy.
At the end of the project Phil's training and the protection measures he added to the site means that myself and my colleagues are more than capable of updating the site as and when we need to without the fear of messing the rest of the site, especially as Phil is on the end of the phone whenever we might need him.
